ABOUT RESPONSIVE FIRST-AID TRAINING
Darcey Lutz launched Responsive First Aid training in 2006. As a BC Ambulance Paramedic, Darcey was keen to increase community skills related to first aid. Darcey's business has grown from just a couple of clients in his home town to several thousand participants throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
With over 20 years of experience in first aid training, 15 years as a BC Ambulance Paramedic, 12 years as a volunteer Search and Rescue Manager, and numerous adventures in the back-country, Darcey provides comprehensive first aid training. Darcey brings the content alive with realistic scenarios and lessons. He is an engaging and highly respected instructor who consistently receives high praise from repeat clients.
If you're looking for First Aid training, re-certifying your existing training, or would like to schedule a group for custom training, please give us a call. We have a training studio located in Nelson, BC but have mobile training equipment so that we can come to you.
As a Red Cross Instructor Development Center we work to improve access to high quality First Aid instruction in British Columbia. We are pleased to champion new first aid instructors in all of the Red Cross disciplines: Wilderness, Professional Responder, and Core First Aid Programs.
